Metal Stamping
Metal Stamping is our core production and capability at Sota Technology with 13 standing presses ranging in size from 45Ton-440Ton. We specialize in high volume production products for the automotive industry to low volume class A surface products where fit, finish, and functionality is critical. We run progressive and transfer die’s and maintain all of our tooling in-house.
Roll Forming
Sota Technology offers roll formed products for many different industries including automotive. For products that hold a continuous form this type of manufacturing is extremely efficient and accurate.
Tubebending
Sota Technology is skilled in the art of tube bending and can produce custom products including brush guards and structural supports for commercial industries.
Welding
Sota Technology has MIG welders, TIG welders, 4 press resistance welders and 4 custom automated welders for welding assemblies. We are familiar with fusing different materials and have skilled staff experienced in automated welding programing and hand welding. We can design systems to efficiently weld any assembly with emphasis on consistent quality.
Assembly
Sota Technology employs a skilled staff capable and familiar with putting complex assemblies together. We have an out of the box approach to problem solving. We design and build assembly fixtures to promote quality and consistency.
